Hi! I’m Laney!
I am a Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapist for Anxiety & ADHD.
I’m a therapist who believes that your sensitivity is a strength, your brain isn’t broken, and healing starts with understanding—not shame.
With training in CBT, narrative therapy, and parts work, my approach is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and grounded in mindful self-compassion. I specialize in supporting Millennials and Gen Z clients navigating ADHD and anxiety.
If you’ve ever felt like therapy isn’t "working" because you’re talking in circles or masking to get by, I offer something different: sessions that feel validating, engaging, and geared toward real change.

I have been working in mental health since 2015, and working as a therapist since 2020.
I have worked in a variety of settings including a 24/7 crisis center, day treatment for children, school based therapy for middle schoolers and in a group practice as a therapist and supervisor capacity. -
As a therapist I start with the understanding that folks are trying their best with the tools that they have.
…When folks have been tools they do a better job.My therapy practice is centered around ADHD, Anxiety and identity exploration. As that is my main focus, it allows me to immerse myself in what is going on in these spaces in a way that other folks in the therapy world may not.

I am queer affirming, gender affirming, ENM affirming and nonjudgmental. I believe that all people deserve care and compassion.
In my work, I use the term “folks” to make space for and respect people of all identities. I will use the pronouns and name that best affirms you. Coming to see a therapist can be hard enough, I am committed to respecting, affirming and celebrating who you are.
I acknowledge that I am working and living on the land of the Santiam Kalapuya peoples.

Good question!
ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider certification means that I have taken additional coursework and have passed an exam showing my understanding of ADHD and how to assess for and treat ADHD.
I specialize in helping clients with ADHD overcome their emotional, behavioral, relationship, and achievement challenges so they can thrive in life.
Therapy Services
-

53-Minute Therapy Session
I meet with you once a week, every two weeks or once a month to engage in therapy.
-

80-Minute Therapy Session
I meet with you for 80 minutes to explore your goals at a deeper level and have more time to explore things that come up for you during the session.
-

ADHD Therapy Groups
Therapy groups are offered a few times a year and are a great opportunity to work on healing in a community setting.
Group therapy is different than individual therapy as they can work to destigmatize the experience of having ADHD. In the ADHD therapy group we begin with a mindfulness exercise to ground ourselves and engage in self compassion.
Therapy groups are kept small intentionally, typically 5-6 group members per group. Smaller group size means more time and attention overall and less overwhelming.
