ADHD-Friendly Self-Care: There is more than bubble baths!

Don’t get me wrong, I love a good bubble bath. However few people can subsist on bubble baths alone in their toolkit.

Self-care for ADHD needs to be low effort and high dopamine.

Forget the generic "light a candle and meditate" advice—try this instead:

🌱 Fun movement (dance breaks, trampoline, chasing your dog).

-Set a timer and get yourself up and moving.

🌱 Visual reminders for meds, water, and food.

-Alarms, reminder alerts and post-its.

🌱 Easy, no-brainer meals (because executive dysfunction will win otherwise).

-Consider creating a list of meals that are easy, nutritious and delicious.

-When you’re trying to plan the weeks meals return to this list.

-When you don’t know what to eat, return to this list.

Keep it simple!
