ICONnect ADHD 2026 Conference!

This year, I’m attending the 2026 ICONnect ADHD Conference from home, in my comfiest chair, with a mug of coffee that I will absolutely forget about and reheat at least three times. Even though it’s a fully online conference this year, ICONnect still brings together some of the brightest minds in ADHD research, lived experience, coaching, and treatment.

Think of it as the neurodivergent version of gathering around a virtual campfire: learning, connecting, and laughing together, without having to figure out airport parking. Plus no lost luggage! Win-Win!

The conference is hosted by ACO, ADDA, and CHADD, three major organizations supporting ADHD adults and professionals. What I love about ICONnect is that it isn’t a dry, clinical lecture circuit. It’s intentionally built around community, shared learning, and real-world strategies. The kind you can actually use, not the kind you hear once and forget the next day. It blends together research, practical tools, and human stories in a way that feels meaningful rather than overwhelming.

For me, learning isn’t just about professional development or signing off on continuing education credits for my credentials. It’s about understanding the nuances of ADHD well enough to help clients feel seen, supported, and less alone in their experience. Every conference and training I attend adds something meaningful to the way I show up in the therapy room.

My plan is to share the most helpful ideas, frameworks, and tools I learn throughout the conference. Not in a jargon-heavy textbook way, but in a down-to-earth, “here’s how this actually helps in real life” kind of way. I want to take the big insights and translate them into something my clients (and really, anyone with ADHD) can actually use.

Take such good care ya’ll!
